Far from the craziness of the big cities, you may find relaxation, peace and trust (paradise ?).

Here in Mesta, despite the big amount of tourists, the inhabitants are trustful. If you look good, they let their keys on their door !

                                             

It’s a good clue to understand Chios inhabitants’ spirit : relaxed. In a small village, on a small island, everybody knows everyone, and this is one of the best protection against crime ! 😉
